Thing to do in Phuket

 Siam Safari Nature Tours Phuket

Simply question when you want to visit to Phuket is What to do in Phuket ?

We would like to recommend you to see  Trip Advisor commend. That's real traveler feedback when they do the trip in Phuket.

Here is some of their comment

We were picked up from our hotel in a minibus and taken to the elephant's to start our 1/2 hour ride. On arrival we waited for many others to arrive and then were taken on trailers towed by tractors to the area were the elephants departed. Those on the 3/4 hour ride went first followed by the 1/2 hours. The elephant ride was amazing and really informative. Our two boys (3.5yrs & 22mths) loved it. We stopped often to look at insects and rubber tree's etc and had many photo's taken. After the ride, we watch two young elephants perform tricks and had our photo's taken with them. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the elephants are well looked after. A must do!

When planning our trip to Thailand we were extremely careful not to support any tourist venture which exploited animals. We had certainly not planned to ride an elephant until we came across Siam Safari! Their website provided credentials that put my mind at ease when it came to the standards of care for their elephants and our visit only cemented in my mind the notion that the carers at Siam Safari really do love their animals.

Each elephant has one carer who is with that elephant for life. Many were rescued from logging camps on the mainland on in Phuket was logging was outlawed several decades ago. None of the elephants are chained or restrained as were many that we saw along the road at other "elephant trekking" vendors. The animals looked genuinely happy and at ease in their beautiful surrounds and there was no shortage of bananas!

The guides allow a lot of contact with the elephants - you can pat/feed/hug them and the relationships between elephant and carer are strong and easily demonstrated by the way they interact.

As well as the elephants, Siam Safari provides great and interesting insight into farm life in Thailand with rubber tree, curry making, coconut product, rice farming and traditional tea/coffee demonstrations - even a ride in a buffalo drawn cart!

We did the tour that included the lunch cruise aboard a "junk" boat in Chalong Bay - it was a stunning day and the food was wonderful. I am a vegetarian and having told them upon booking, I was stunned to see an entirely separate buffet of food especially for me! It was above and beyond what I had expected!

Wi, our guide, was a lovely sweet girl - very knowledgable, approachable and funny.

Definitely recommended!
